SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - A man accused of attacking two people with a hammer has been indicted.
The Commonwealth Journal reports 34 year old Herbert Dugger Junior of Somerset was indicted earlier this month for assault, kidnapping and other charges.
Dugger was arrested in September after police say he assaulted his girlfriend and a juvenile with a hammer.
