Police in Pulaski County have confirmed three missing children have been found in Alabama.
Somerset Police issued a warrant for William Pilkington, saying he did not return his children to their mother, as directed by a court order.
The children were reported missing early last month.
Investigators say they were found in an RV park in southern Alabama and the children appeared to be in good health.
