The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two Pulaski
County men on rape charges.
The office say the investigation into the incident began Saturday after a reported fight in progress on Walnut Hill Drive in Science Hill. Upon arrival, units learned that Jeremy West had been assaulted by an unnamed person after he was accused of a sexual assault.
Based on the nature of the report, the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division was called to the scene to investigate the sexual assault allegations. That investigation led to the identification of two female victims – both under 18 – who had been sexually
assaulted. Both victims were treated at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital and their injuries were described as minor.
Detectives identified two male suspects who were involved in the alleged sexual assaults. Jeremy W. West, 22, Walnut Hill Dr Science Hill, KY and Joshua D. Hines, 19, Charles Burton Road Eubank, KY were arrested and charged with Rape 1st Degree and Unlawful
Transaction with a Minor 2nd degree.
