A baby, who survived a terrible crash that killed three people, is doing better in the hospital.
11-month-old Destiny Reynolds had been listed in critical condition right after the crash Monday afternoon on McCracken Pike in Woodford County.
Early Tuesday morning, however, UK Hospital officials told 27 NEWSFIRST she had been upgraded to fair condition.
Destiny's mother, Amanda Reynolds, 19, was driving the car and died. Her other passengers, Heather Sutherland, 20, and Summer Evans, 8, also died.
Police believe the driver was speeding, then over-corrected at least two times before hitting a rock mailbox and a plank fence and overturned around 4 p.m. Monday.
A fund has been set up for the family of Summer Evans. You can make donations at the Citizens Commerce Bank in downtown Versailles.
