An investigation continues Thursday into what sparked a fire at a home twice.
The home, on Paddock Drive in Versailles, first caught fire around 2:30 a.m., then caught fire again less than three hours later.
Arson investigators were at the scene Thursday morning.
Following the first fire, investigators say firefighters stayed on the scene until about 4:30. Firefighters say that fire was so minor, the electricity didn't have to be turned off.
However, firefighters were called back to the home around 5 a.m. When they arrived again, they say flames were shooting through the home's roof.
We're told the first fire broke out near a furnace. Investigators think the second fire broke out in an upstairs bedroom, prompting the call to arson investigators.
The house has since been turned over to the owners.
Arson investigators say it may take several days to determine the cause of the fire.
