It's fascinated people for decades, and now Kentucky's castle could be yours if you're willing to pay the right price.
With a $30 million price tag, Kentucky's only castle, which is in Woodford County, is on the market.
"It's a castle on the outside and a palace on the inside," says Charles Martin, the general manager for CastlePost and real estate broker.
Martin says the castle and the 50 acre property surrounding it were advertised during the World Equestrian Games.
"We had so much worldwide attention to the Bluegrass area with the World Equestrian Games, we thought it might be a good window of opportunity," he says.
Tom Post bought the property in 2003. It burned down in 2004 during restoration. In 2008, it opened as the CastlePost, a 16-room luxury bed and breakfast, also host to charity events and weddings.
"We've been very successful here with the small luxury hotel, the event facility here," says Martin. "We have events almost everyday here."
Martin says the owner lives in Miami and is ready to let the castle go, at least for the right price. Martin says the property already getting interest from parties around the world, including in China and the Middle East.
"I don't think there's going to be any trouble," says Martin. "There's only one castle in Kentucky."
