A woman, accused of stabbing another woman during a fight, is out of jail.
The Whitley County Sheriff's Office arrested Virginia Frye in May on an attempted murder charge.
The News-Journal reports Frye was released from jail Monday.
Her release came days after a grand jury heard her case but did not indict her.
The Commonwealth's Attorney told the paper that he expects a grand jury will hear the case again in July.
