A Corbin businessman out on bond for child rape is facing more rape charges.
The Times Tribune says Robert Moore, 63, of Jacksoboro, Tennessee and the co-owner of Beltone Hearing and Audiology Center in Corbin turned himself into authorities in Campbell County, Tennessee after a sealed indictment was handed down charging him with attempted rape.
Moore was out on bond after a Campbell County, Tennessee grand jury charged him with seven counts of child rape.
