The trial of a former Whitley County Deputy Jailer, charged with DUI, has been continued.
The trial of Lloyd "Oscar" Davenport was set to begin Wednesday.
Court officials told us it was pushed back but did not say why.
Davenport was arrested for allegedly weaving and then failing field sobriety tests.
This is the second time his trial has been delayed.
The Times Tribune reports he was first set to go on trial back in December.
