A longtime schoolteacher, he represented the 82nd District in the Kentucky House of Representatives. He was hurt back in 2011, breaking up a fight among two students in the Whitley County High School cafeteria, where he taught.
Funeral services for Bunch will be Sunday, July 15, at 4 p.m. Eastern time at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, 103 S. Second St., Williamsburg. Burial will be in the Croley Addition of Highland Park Cemetery, Williamsburg.
