JELLICO CREEK, Ky. (WYMT) - Police say slick roads are to blame in an accident that killed a man in Whitley County.
It happened Thursday on Highway 92 near Jellico Creek.
Police say 61 year old Jerry Powers of Williamsburg lost control and was ejected from his pick-up.
Powers was not wearing a seat belt.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
