37 year old Jessie Ray Terry is wanted for receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
Terry is about six feet four inches tall and weight 180 pounds.
He has brown hair and brown eyes.
The News Journal reports Terry once lived in the Highway 92 West area of Whitley County.
