The Whitley County sheriff's office is searching for a man accused of trying to kill another man.
Police say on June 2nd, Henderson Leon Day went to his ex-wife's home to visit his grandchildren.
We're told Carl Wayne Scalf, her new boyfriend, asked Day to leave.
Officers say as Day was leaving, Scalf shot at him at least five times hitting his car.
Scalf continued to follow Day colliding with his vehicle a few times.
Day pulled into a business, but Scalf never stopped.
