The preliminary hearing for a Corbin man accused of killing his 15 year old daughter's boyfriend is re-scheduled.
Bill Cox is charged with murder in the death of 21 year old Ryan Abner.
Police say he shot Abner several times on Forest Circle Drive last week.
Cox admitted to the shooting on the 911 call.
Cox was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday, but it was moved to Wednesday.
Cox has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
