A traffic stop turns into a meth bust on a Kentucky highway.
It happened on Highway 3041 in Corbin.
State police say a trooper smelled a strong chemical odor when he went to talk to the driver.
After a search, he found an active meth lab, finished meth, and prescription drugs.
Troopers arrested Barry Welborn, Lori Welborn, John Jones, and Barbara Leake.
A special unit was called to the scene to clean up the lab.
