Reward being offered in dog dragging case

As police continue to search for those responsible for dragging a dog behind a vehicle, causing his death, one group is now putting up a reward in the case.

United Rescues of Kentucky will offer $1,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

Someone found the pit bull, barely alive, last Friday in the Combs Ferry Road area of Clark County.

The dog later died at the county's animal shelter.

If you have any information about this case, you're asked to call police at 859-745-7400.
