Two men are now behind bars, facing charges for a burglary early Friday morning.
Police say the men were caught on tape smashing in the front door of a BP gas station on the Bypass in Winchester.
Winchester Police later arrested 19-year-old Florencio Espinoza and 19-year-old Christopher Bell.
Only 27 NEWSFIRST was there as the two men were taken to jail on burglary charges.
Police say the suspects broke out the door at the BP.
Police say Bell then went inside, while Espinoza waited outside as a lookout.
The owner of the gas station says 15-20 cartons of cigarettes were stolen.
Police tracked some footprints in the snow that they say led them to a home where the two men were staying.
Police say they found some stolen cigarettes, and speaking with Espinoza in jail this morning, he didn't deny that fact.
"Yeah, they were stolen," Espinoza said. "Yeah, I guess so. That's what they (the police) were saying. They say that that's how they knew that we did it is because the cartons was right there."
Espinoza tells us he was asleep at the time the burglary took place, but police are confident they have the two men responsible for the crime.
Espinoza says he's faced burglary and theft charges before. Police are looking into whether he and Bell are linked to any other burglaries.
Bell declined our request for an interview about this morning's burglary.
