A central Kentucky man, accused of murder, pleaded guilty Thursday.
The suspect, 23-year-old Justin Spicer, admitted he shot and killed 63-year-old Dallas Hall at Hall's Clark County home last year. At the time police said the two were arguing over a gun.
The plea agreement recommends Spicer spend 30 years in prison for burglary and murder.
