A man went to court Wednesday afternoon to answer to murder and burglary charges, stemming from a home invasion.
29-year-old Aaron Lewis pleaded not guilty in a Clark County courtroom.
Police say he was in a Winchester home when shots were fired, killing the man who lived there and another suspect.

Police say Lewis and another man, Demontes Cowherd, broke into a duplex where 29-year-old Phillip Howard, Jr. lived.
Shots were fired, killing Howard and Cowherd.
Police found Lewis in Lexington. He showed up at a hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound about one hour after the home invasion.
