It may be Thursday night before U.S. 60 at the Clark - Fayette County line reopens.
A tractor trailer ran off the road and overturned near East Kentucky Power headquarters around 3 a.m. Thursday.
The driver wasn't hurt.
The crash took out power lines.
Initially more than 2,000 people were without power in the area, but as of noon all power had been restored to both Clark Energy and Kentucky Utility customers.
The truck was hauling coal, emergency crews say it could be Thursday night before accident scene is cleaned up and the road reopened.
