A 25-year-old woman was rushed to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after being thrown from her car in a crash in Clark County.
The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on Highway 627 (Paris Road), near the Bourbon County line.
Police say the woman's car rolled several times throwing the unbuckled driver from the vehicle.
Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Paul Howard says the slick roads and high speed likely caused a car to loose control and drive off the road.
She was taken to UK Hospital, but her condition is not known at this time. Her name has not been released.
