Lexington man accused of assaulting woman for two days before she escaped

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington man is accused of kidnapping and assaulting a woman.
Police say Bryant Massengale punched a woman in the face multiple times and took her phone so she couldn’t call the police.
Police say he then tied her up and continued to assault her.
The victim says he also threatened to kill her.
Police say the assault happened over two days before the victim could get away.
The victim and Massengale do know each other.
Massengale is facing kidnapping, assault and terroristic threatening charges.
