Lexington becomes third city in Ky. to ban conversion therapy

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington has become the third city in Kentucky to ban conversion therapy.

The Urban City Council voted unanimously to ban conversion therapy for minors. Councilmember Hannah LeGris called it a step to protect LGBTQ+ youth.

Louisville and Covington have also banned conversion therapy.
