LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Here we SNOW again! Another shot of cold air will get with some moisture and lead to some snow shower activity.

It will be quite a bit colder out there today. We’ll be stuck in the 40s for your highs! Scattered showers will occupy the skies for most of the day. Don’t be surprised if we have a few thundershowers develop with some small and soft hail.

On Saturday, we’ll have more snow showers blow through the region. There is a `chance that some of the snow will stick. The only accumulation you will see likely shows up on grassy surfaces or elevated spots. Your car could get some light slushy accumulation on it.

Temperatures will surge as we head into next week. Think about those numbers reaching the low to mid-70s. As we warm up, storm chances will increase. I am just going to throw this out there so that you can be prepared. There could be another round of strong storms next week. We’ll stay on top of that!

Take care of each other!
