I grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, went to Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond where I majored in broadcasting. My first several years were spent working in radio news and since 2003 I've worked at WKYT.

An appellate court sided with the governor in saying private, religious schools should not have in-person learning.
