Andrea Walker is the host of Everyday Kentucky.
Andrea was born and raised in Jessamine County.
She's a graduate of West Jessamine High School and Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media.
Before joining the team at WKYT, she worked at Gray Television sister-station WBKO in Bowling Green where she was the station's 6 and 10 p.m. anchor for two years.
While there, she was named the state's Best Anchor in 2015 and 2016 among division two stations.
Before WBKO, she also anchored and produced the morning news program at WNKY in Bowling Green.
