Inaugural Lose/Love the In Laws Bar Crawl:
On Dec. 15, bring the in- laws or don’t but either way, enjoy amazing restaurant deals with free food samples and take home an awesome, one-of-a-kind Bar Crawl t-shirt designed by Kentucky for Kentucky! Start the night at Edley’s Bar-B-Que for check-in at 7 p.m. and grab a merry little map to guide your evening down a jolly path of free samples and selfie stations. End the night at Whiskey Bear for a night cap & Barn Buffet! If you are 21 or older and interested in participating, get your tickets before they sell out.
Live Winter Music Series:
If your holidays are more about unwinding with some live music, check out these great treats!
• December 15 and 22: Eliza Sayers will perform live holiday music at The Barn from 6 to 8 p.m.
• December 16: Eli Uttal-Veroff Jazz Duo will perform live holiday music at Louis’ Flower Power Lounge from 5 to 7 p.m.
• December 23: Ross Whitaker Jazz Trio will perform live holiday music at Louis’ Flower Power Lounge from 5 to 7 p.m.
• The Whiskey Bear Live series will also bring more music to The Barn on December 16, 23 and 30 featuring some of Lexington’s favorite artists like Thirsty Boots, Kelly Richey, and The Sway.
Happy Hour Power:
If happy hour and munchies is your jam, don’t miss Ted’s Happy Hour featuring Fritz Farm’s very own Summit Burger! The Summit Burger is a 3 oz. burger complete with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, remoulade, sesame bun, ten fresh cut fries and one salt & pepper onion ring. Grimaldi’s also features Tuesday Tastings with excellent deals on wine every week! Additionally, Wednesday night is Trivia night at The Barn. Enjoy great food and prizes while testing your knowledge!
Lexington Humane Society Fundraiser presented by Whole Foods Market:
This Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m., Whole Foods Market will pop-up at Louis’ Flower Power Shop and offer FREE gift wrapping in exchange for donations. 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Lexington Humane Society to help cope with a recent outbreak of Strep Zoo at the shelter. Louis’ Flower Power will also offer 20 percent off your total purchase for those who donate. Enjoy festive food, hot cider, live holiday music, and visit with Santa for a great cause.
Letters to Santa at Sugarboo
From now until Christmas, Sugarboo encourages all guests to drop by the shop for holiday goodies and write a letter to Santa.
