Additional charges for Lexington man accused of raping minor

A Lexington man charged with raping a young girl is facing additional charges.

36-year-old Justin Elam was arrested last weekend. An arrest citation at the time said that he had sex with a girl under 12 years old, and touched her inappropriately.

Now, police say they have found several videos of Elam having sex with a victim under 16 years old on his cell phone.

Investigators also say he masturbated in front of children under 12 on three separate occasions.

He now faces several additional charges of promoting a minor in a sex performance.

He remains in the Fayette County Detention Center.
