3-year-old killed after stabbing in Clinton County

A child is dead following an attack in Clinton County.
A release from the Fayette County Coroner's Office indicates Josephine Bulubenchi, 3, died at Kentucky Children's Hospital Sunday evening.
Jail officials tells WKYT 33-year-old Emanuel Fluter was arrested following the incident.
His arrest citation says he cut his niece's throat. The child's father heard the attack on the baby monitor, went into the room and was cut by Fluter before he found his daughter.
Four other children were in the room at the time of the attack.
She was rushed to a local hospital, then flown to Kentucky Children's where she died.

Fluter was initially charged with two counts of first-degree assault and four counts of wanton endangerment.
After the 3-year-old died, he was charged with murder. He is being held on a one million dollar bond.
