Another round of soaking rain is on the way to the bluegrass state to end the week. Low pressure out of Texas will roll right on top of Kentucky later Friday into Friday night.
Rain arrives by Friday morning and will take us through early Saturday. The rain may be heavy at times, giving us the potential for a few local high water issues. Some areas may pick up around 1" of rain.
Temps will generally be in the 40s.
The weekend looks much better with sunny skies returning by Saturday afternoon as highs hit the upper 40s. Temps are deep into the 50s for Sunday and Monday.
Another cold front moves in late Monday with our next chance of rain. Chilly temps filter in behind it for Tuesday.
