Coroner: Driver in fatal I-75 crash nearly 4 times the legal drinking limit

The Fayette County coroner's office says the driver who caused
had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.306%, nearly four times the legal drinking limit.
In Kentucky, it is illegal to drive if your BAC is 0.08% or higher.
The Jan. 6 crash killed 42-year-old Issam Abbas, 38-year-old Rima Abbas, 14-year-old Ali Abbas, 13-year-old Isabella Abbas, and 7-year-old Giselle Abbas.
The other driver, Joey Bailey, 41, of Georgetown, also died.
Lexington police said Bailey was
when he crashed into the Abbas family's vehicle.
