LEITCHFIELD, Ky. (WKYT) - Three people are behind bars in Grayson County after deputies recovered stolen truck parts, meth and a marijuana grow.
The Grayson County Sheriff's office followed up on a theft complaint Thursday in the St. Paul community. When they arrived, deputies stopped Eugene Haycraft, 50, leaving the residence in his vehicle.
He was arrested for driving on a DUI suspended license. However, drugs were found in the vehicle and a subsequent search warrant was served.
The search of the residence led to the arrest of Michael S. Drake, 43, and Heather Drake, 39. Deputies found an indoor marijuana grow operation along with other processed marijuana, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and guns, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies also found over $70,000 in stolen truck parts, according to the arrest report.
Both Michael and Heather Drake were charged with receiving stolen property over $10,000, manufacturing meth second offense, cultivating marijuana, trafficking marijuana, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Haycraft was charged with possession of a controlled substance, prescription drugs not in a proper container and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police say more charges are likely headed the subjects' way.
All three were lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center. The Drakes are currently being held on $50,000 cash bonds with Haycraft on $6,000 cash bonds.
