Eastern Kentucky man charged with child sex crimes
An eastern Kentucky man is behind bars after authorities say he used social media to engage in sexual conduct with a minor.
Kentucky State Police say Charles E. Hall, 45, was arrested Friday and charged with rape, sodomy, sexual abuse and prohibited use of electronic communications system to procure a minor for sex offenses. All four charges are felonies.
Authorities executed an arrest warrant at a home in Jackhorn where he was taken into custody. Investigators seized electronic devices as a result of the warrant.
Hall remains in the Letcher County Jail as of Wednesday morning.
