A Campbellsville gun shop is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in a theft at the store.

Big Al's Guns LLC added several photos to its Facebook page featuring a person they say stole from the store.

"I'd like to see whoever did this get caught and get arrested," said owner Al McDonald.

The burglary happened on Saturday morning. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect who had his face partially covered. The man smashed the glass in display cases to take guns and also grabbed them from shelves. In all, McDonald says the thief stole 20 handguns, three rifles, and two shotguns, as well as a few boxes of ammunition.

"It makes you angry just knowing that you do this full time for a living and this is your source of income; this is how you feed your family, this is how you pay your bills, and then you get somebody to come in and do something like that."

Big Al's is offering $2,000 in store credit or $1,000 cash for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the case.

Officials from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives are investigating, along with the Taylor County Sheriff's Office.
