Weather forces cities, counties to move trick-or-treating days for 2018

A number of cities are choosing to change their scheduled times for trick-or-treating due to the weather forecast.

WKYT meteorologists are forecasting a cold front sometime during the evening, as windy conditions are expected, and rain could put a damper on the previously scheduled events.

Below is a list of cities which have decided to move trick-or-treating to Tuesday unless otherwise listed. This list will continuously update as we receive word from other areas.

Berea - 6 - 8 p.m.

Burgin - 5 - 8 p.m.

Campton - 6 - 8 p.m.

Carlisle - 6 - 8 p.m.

Cynthiana - 6 - 8 p.m.

Danville - 6 - 8 p.m.

Flemingsburg - 5 - 7:30 p.m.

Frankfort - 6 - 8 p.m.

Georgetown - 6 - 8 p.m., Spooktacular moved to 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Harrodsburg - 5:30 - 7 p.m. downtown, ends at 8 p.m. citywide

Jamestown - 5 - 8 p.m.

Jessamine County - 6 - 8 p.m.

Junction City - 5 - 7 p.m.

Lancaster - 6 - 8 p.m.

Lawrenceburg - 5 - 7 p.m. Friday, community trick-or-treat 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Friday

Lexington - 6 - 8 p.m.

Lincoln County - 6 - 8:30 p.m.

Madison County - 6 - 8 p.m.

Millersburg - 6 - 8 p.m.

Morehead - 6 - 8 p.m.

Mt. Sterling - 6 - 8 p.m.

Nicholas County - 6 - 8 p.m.

Nicholasville - 6 - 8 p.m.

Owingsville - 6 - 8 p.m.

Paris - 6 - 8 p.m.

Perryville - 5 - 7:30 p.m.
