LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A company is recalling its infant ibuprofen product because of concerns it contains a higher concentration of the drug than advertised.

Tris Pharmaceuticals has recalled three lots of its Infants' Ibuprofen, as there is a remote possibility infants may be vulnerable to renal injury with a higher dose.

Adverse effects include nausea, vomiting and stomach bleeding.

The company has not received a report of adverse effects.
