MIDDLETOWN, Ky. (WKYT) - A Kentucky UPS driver is facing a DUI charge after police say he admitted to drinking a "half pint of whiskey" on the day he was working.
The report says Caskey was speeding and nearly ran into a raised curb before police pulled him over.
Caskey had slurred speech and tired, red eyes and admitted to drinking the large amount of whiskey. He would fail a sobriety test and blow a 0.316 on a breath test. He was also found with a small bottle of Fireball and a mostly-full bottle of Early Times. There were also empty bottles in his lunch box.
UPS released a statement saying Caskey has been removed from service.
