LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Kentucky Wildcats are once again a top 25 program after winning its third straight game.

The latest Associated Press Top 25 poll has Kentucky (20-9, 9-7) ranked 23. This comes after a four-game losing streak knocked the Wildcats out of the poll.

Kentucky is currently in a four-way tie for third place in the SEC coming into the final week of the regular season. They play Ole Miss in Lexington Tuesday before traveling to Gainsville Saturday to face the Florida Gators. The Florida game will air at noon on WKYT.

Auburn (14) and Tennessee (16) are the only other SEC teams in the poll.

Kentucky is a 5 seed in the latest ESPN NCAA Tournament projections. Louisville is one of the "First Four" to play in Dayton, while Northern Kentucky is listed as a 14 seed.
