Kentucky native takes credit for sending gift-wrapped manure to treasury secretary's home

A California man who is originally from Kentucky says he's the person who sent a gift-wrapped package of horse manure to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.

Los Angeles Police shut down a street as they investigated the package Saturday night that was sent to Mnuchin's home. The box had Christmas wrapping and the sender was listed as "The American People." Police were able to determine the package contained manure.

Robbie Strong, who states on his Facebook page that he is from Paducah, says he sent the "gift" as a protest against the tax bill.
