LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The New York Knicks have drafted Kevin Knox with the ninth pick in the 2018 NBA Draft.
The 6’9, 215-pound freshman superstar came to Kentucky as one of the highest regarded freshman in his class.
Knox’s consistent starting performances for UK this season placed him among the favorites to be drafted in tonight’s NBA draft lottery.
Knox averaged 15.6 points per-game for the Wildcats this season, shooting 44 percent from the field and 34 percent from three. Knox added 5.4 rebounds per-game to the Wildcats’ tally.
