Overnight, Lexington police released new information about an alleged assault that happened on Monday night, including new photos of a possible suspect.

Police are asking for help finding a man they believe was one of three people involved in the incident.

Investigators say the man smashed a car window with a skateboard and two people were pulled out of the car on Midland Avenue and assaulted by the three suspects.

Investigators say the driver has a swollen eye and her husband has a concussion – and all of this happened while their three children were in the backseat.

He bonded out of jail Wednesday night.

Some of those charges are related to a separate incident that happened earlier that night.

Police say Wilson jumped on a police cruiser and encouraged protesters to flip it. He was released on bond yesterday afternoon.

So far police haven’t released any details about the third possible suspect involved in the assault.

Anyone who can help find the man in the new photos is asked to call the police immediately.

Police also arrested a juvenile that same night. They say the 15-year-old was part of Wilson’s group during the protest, but they aren’t sure if he was involved with the assault.
