Man arrested in Cumberland County bomb threat

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT)- A man is in jail after a bomb threat in Cumberland County.

Kentucky State Police say three first responders were sent text messages that said there was a bomb in the Cumberland County Justice Center.

Investigators say that the threats came in around 8:30 Thursday morning. The justice center was then evacuated and closed. It reopened around six hours later.

KSP has charged 28-year-old Joshua D. Norris of Burkesville with nine counts of terroristic threatening.
