LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Police charged a man in a voyeurism investigation from April at Lexington's Fayette Mall.

Quary Baker followed a woman around Macy's on April 22 and put his cell phone under her dress to take pictures, his arrest warrant alleges.

Security officers made him leave the store, the warrant said.

He left in his girlfriend's car, the warrant indicated.

Baker admitted to putting his cell phone under the woman's skirt, but said he had no photographs because his camera wasn't working, his arrest papers indicated.

He also said he was high during the incident, his arrest papers said.
