Man found dead inside burning house in Knox County

Authorities found a man dead inside a burning southern Kentucky home.
Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly house fire.
Someone discovered the fire Thursday night in the Kayjay community. The Knox County Coroner confirms the victim is a 33-year-old white man. State Police have since identified the man as Charles Phipps, 33.
The man lives alone, according to investigators. Kentucky State Police are investigating the cause of the fire and the man's death. Both are undetermined; however, police do not suspect foul play.
