No injuries reported after plane lands in Graves County soybean field

MAYFIELD, Ky. (WKYT) – Engine troubles forced a small aircraft to land in a Graves County soybean field on Saturday.

According to a post from the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, the plane landed in a field near the Twin Hill Road and Spence Chapel Road intersection.

The post further states there were no injuries to anyone on board, and the 1986 Beachcraft Bonanza wasn’t damaged in the landing.

Officials with the sheriff’s office helped get the plane back to the airport just before dark.
