A homicide investigation is underway after three people were found dead at a home in Livingston County.

Troopers with Kentucky State Police say they were called to the home on Stringtown Road just after 8:00 p.m. Friday. When they arrived, investigators say they found three victims with gunshot wounds. All three were pronounced dead at the scene by the Livingston County Coroner. The victims have been identified as 38-year-old January G. Stone of Grand Rivers, 28-year-old Robert G. Belt of Burna, and Johnny G. Mallory, of Paducah.

Police say shortly thereafter they received a second call from 29-year-old Jackie Clint Doom, who claimed to have information about the deaths. After interviewing him and consulting with detectives, Doom was arrested and charged with three counts of murder.

Doom was taken to the McCracken County Jail. Autopsies are scheduled today at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville.
