A Kentucky man is facing a manslaughter charge after troopers say he hit a cyclist before leaving the scene of the collision.

The deadly collision happened early Thursday morning on North Dixie Highway in Hardin County. Montgomery was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers say Casey continued driving before eventually stopping his vehicle. He is charged with manslaughter, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

Jail records show he is still being held in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
