Police: Man arrested after biting Lexington police officer

One man is arrested after police say he bit a Lexington police officer.
Police say they responded to a call of a disorderly subject on North Limestone around 9:40 p.m. on Sunday.
Police say James Williams fought with an officer and then bit the officer.
Police say the officer was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Williams is charged with assault.
