LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - A report shows the son of fired Louisville athletic director Tom Jurich is not happy with current AD Vince Tyra over the seats Jurich has received for Cardinals football and basketball games.

The Courier-Journal published an email Wednesday morning sent from Mark Jurich to Vince Tyra Aug. 22 over seats he received as part of a settlement.

"If you cannot bear the sight, or rather the optics of Tom Jurich in the YUM! Center or Cardinal Stadium, you are weaker than I thought," the email stated, "If you feel the need to hide my dad in a corner to make yourself feel important or simply comfortable, then so be it -- he will do that for you. But you cannot possibly think you can erase him by hiding him in these stadiums."

Mark Jurich would also accuse Tyra of being "petty" and trying to embarrass his father in the email.

The settlement allowed Jurich to receive eight club level tickets for both football and men's basketball for 20 years. The Courier-Journal also reports the family's tickets were moved for both sports.

Tyra told the newspaper the university has honored the agreement and made sure the eight seats were together.
