Reward offered in Knott Co. elk poaching case

BALL CREEK, Ky. (WKYT) – The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife has announced a $4,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever was responsible for the poaching of two bull elk.

Officials say the incident happened Thursday, Feb. 20 in the Ball Creek area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Kentucky Fish & Wildlife at 1-800-25-ALERT, or contact Kentucky State Police at (606) 435-6069.
